MANCHESTER UNITED'S MEMPHIS DEPAY RETURNS TO PSV

DON'T BE SCARED UNITED FANS, HE JUST RETURNED TO WATCH PSV'S HOME GAME AGAINST FC TWENTE

Having been an unused substitute in the Red Devils' home loss to Southampton, the winger had his spirits lifted as his old club stormed to victory
Manchester United winger Memphis Depay made an emotional return to former club PSV on Sunday, meeting his former fans and looking on as the Eindhoven club recorded an impressive 4-2 win over FC Twente.

Philipp Cocu's side romped their way to victory, with left-back Hector Moreno bagging a double, Luciano Narsigh and Florian Jozefzoon also getting on the scoresheet, and former Valencia star Andres Guardado impressively pulling the strings throughout from central midfield.

Memphis, who has struggled for consistency since his move to Old Trafford, was met with rapturous applause as he greeted PSV's adoring fans.

An unused substitute in the 1-0 loss to Southampton, United supporters will hope the Dutchman's reminder of success with the Eredivisie club will provide the winger with a much-needed confidence boost as the Red Devils look to get back to winning ways.
